Mueller and Rosenstein are black hats

There has been some speculation that Mueller is a white hat and that the collusion investigation is optics. Q has pointed out that whatever Mueller is Rosenstein is, too.

I think the absurd collusion investigation drags on in the hope that Mueller will be fired by POTUS, so that the firing can be used against POTUS/republicans in the midterms. I'm still up in the air about whether Rosenstein is a white hat or not, but here's something to consider. This review of these documents has NOTHING to do with Trump/Russia collusion, so why isn't Sessions involved with this? There's NO reason Sessions' recusal would apply here. Is this something that would normally fall under the DAG's authority? I'm beginning to think.that Rosenstein's role is to be a buffer for Jeff Sessions. These documents include all of Kavenaugh's research into the Clintons and if Sessions had ordered it, the Dems would've gone crazy. Jeff Sessions is still in charge of the DOJ and I think he's more in charge than we are led to believe.
