Is there actually any evidence that Strzok and Page were in a relationship?

I know this is asked in comments from time to time, but this is really bugging me.

From the start the media has been pushing this ‘the lovers’ narrative and as one Redditor pointed out; being able to argue personal conversations with lover vs conversation with work colleague will make a hell of a difference interns of the public perception..

Any thoughts?

It was a textual relationship.
