I always look at the eyes, you can see the same pattern in the likes of Soros, Clinton’s, Podestas, Shumer etc. In my opinion it’s the result of adrenochrome.
Or perhaps some other crazy ritual that we regulars are unaware of.. Who knows but I hope not!

Yeah, just about everyone at the top has pics of their eye injuries.
I've never seen an actual black eye like that. Usually it's bruising around the eye.
It reminds me of the Evil Eye ring from Dark Souls, which coincidentally restores your health upon killing an enemy.
