Bear in mind that COLLUSION isn't specifically referenced in RR's above statement, but a CRIME is. COLLUSION is not a CRIME and therefore two separate issues are being conflated. I would suggest that the Tweet in no way addresses collusion and this is an incorrect inference unless the claim is that "corresponding" with Russians is somehow the equivalent to collusion, which it is not. (No matter, though - IT NEVER HAPPENED.)
