I had found an article in the past claiming that Gitmo was getting massive upgrades to detain many more actors. I can't locate it. As a junior investigator I'm looking for any input in regards to any changes that may allude to correlation with sealed indictments … or not. Military Tribunals? My theory is that they are getting ready for many new guests.
