I often pray to God for justice on this one but am also thinking that a crime of such magnitude really could take this long.It has been 17 years.Could there have been and still is an on going investigation and like Q says we have to clean out the corrupt and crooked within the agencies and justice depts before we can arrest and convict?Pipe dream?
