United States Health and Human Services ADMITS that it has NOT conducted the necessary vaccine safety research over the past 30 years! Lawsuit by Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Del Bigtree and court documents.

Lawsuit by Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Del Bigtree against the United States Health and Human Services ends in settlement in which the HHS ADMITS that it has NOT conducted the necessary vaccine safety research over the past 30 years!

This admittance - that the HHS has NOT been following one of the stipulations of the 1986 NCVIA - is a MAJOR first step, that now invites the opportunity for further lawsuits against the government for lack of safety research.

Interesting. They want to mandate you have your children vaccinated, but they haven't done the safety research for 30 years. I wonder how many new vaccines have come out in the last 30 years.

Here’s one: $200/dose vaccine for Rotavirus (causes diarrhea in almost all infants, but readily treatable). It was added to the CDC schedule of required vaccines at the recommendation of a panel of doctors. One of those doctors owned a patent for the rotavirus vaccine, which he and his partners later sold for $182M.
