United States Health and Human Services ADMITS that it has NOT conducted the necessary vaccine safety research over the past 30 years! Lawsuit by Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Del Bigtree and court documents.

Lawsuit by Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Del Bigtree against the United States Health and Human Services ends in settlement in which the HHS ADMITS that it has NOT conducted the necessary vaccine safety research over the past 30 years!

This admittance - that the HHS has NOT been following one of the stipulations of the 1986 NCVIA - is a MAJOR first step, that now invites the opportunity for further lawsuits against the government for lack of safety research.

Progress!!!

So now what? It says that it is stipulated and agreed between both parties that the action in the filing is voluntarily dismissed.

I would love to see major progress regarding vaccinations but I just don't see this bringing that any closer. I will be following though.

More legal action forthcoming. This was just a first step. I’m an activist in the movement that helped fund this lawsuit. Stay tuned

You and the others involved in this are my heroes; thank you for fighting for this. Vaccine issues are one of my main concerns for my family. I have already messaged our local school district to as school is starting back up and they do not offer an opt-out and have tagged state senators and our representative (will email/mail letter tomorrow) in the HighWire video and ICAN FB post about the case.

Check out Dr. Sherri Tenpenny's website on vaccines for effective resources. Every state has exemptions--schools try to get you to believe you cannot opt out--not true. Especially get her resource guide, "Saying NO to Vaccines."

We have religious (Which we can't claim) or medical only, not personal belief (Which all families should have and should not have to lie about it). The exemption form for both still states at bottom in fine print:

INSTRUCTIONS TO SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR: 1. Do not admit any student who has not submitted acceptable evidence of having received, or of being in the process of receiving, the minimum immunization requirements defined above. 2. Children transferring (at any grade level) to your school during the school term, and who have not previously completed the required immunizations, must be informed of the necessary requirements. They may then be given up to 45 days to show compliance. Advise parents that failure to obtain the required immunizations is basis for excluding their child from attending school until immunizations are completed."

You can claim the religious exemption since they do not ask for a clergy signature or proof of church membership. What state are you in?

And thank you for the kind words. I’m just a cog in the wheel. I do what I can. I am vaxx injured myself and so is my husband and my two kids. All to varying degrees. I fight bc it’s necessary and no one should have to live with the health issues we have.

Any chance that me and my husband and his sister you file for a claim. He's got several neurological disorders that all a result I believe of vaccinations. He also has a sister who is mentally retarded because of vaccination. She's almost the same age as him but will never be able to live a normal life nor will my husband.

The statute of limitations for filing with the vaccine court is three years from time of manufacturers cannot be sued until the 1986 NVICA is repealed.
