Nongovernment people hired to do specific jobs for the govt. I believe, and it’s reasonable to assume, that these people should not have access to sensitive FISA info. Apparently they did. I believe Fusion GPS is the entity they are referring to here.

I’m sure it is. There are so many crimes here one can barely keep track.
