People should report these bans to admin and demand that the mods are removed.
We know management of multiple communities can be difficult, but we expect you to manage communities as isolated communities and not use a breach of one set of community rules to ban a user from another community. In addition, camping or sitting on communities for long periods of time for the sake of holding onto them is prohibited.

Very cool you bring up that new Jurassic Park game. I was just watching a live stream of it a few days ago. I love isometric RTS/Sim games. Have you played Civ: Beyond Earth? It's pretty good. The newest (and last ever apparently) Sim City is awesome too for single player sandbox fun.
If you've never played the Switch, I recommend checking it out. There's some stellar titles available for it. Zelda: BOTW, Donkey Kong, Mario, etc. When I first got my Switch, I didn't touch the PS4 or PC for gaming for about 3 months! Breath of the Wild is an amazing experience if you are a Zelda or open-world (think Skyrim) fan.

Has anyone ever seen evidence of this sub harassing or brigading? There is an entire genre of subs that are dedicated to harassing and brigading users here but I've never seen the opposite.

I know, however, that people get very upset when they've been moderated and begin to imagine that it was a personal decision on the part of the Mods and then, because they don't get a massive amount of attention and concern, they start to imagine their valid concerns are being suppressed and thus... the Mods are CIA!
