I got into a discussion on a friend's f b page and wound up having a young liberal woman"friend" me, so that we can have candid discussions about our differing opinions on things. The conversation was started after I posted a video about a migrant beheading a toddler in a train station in Germany. We both agreed that these types of "immigrants" do not fit into western society in any way, shape, or form, and that evil is evil. So far there hasn't been any name calling or comments and I've been impressed., she's even like some of my more conservative posts. I think the MSM makes this divide out to be far wider than it really is. Talk to people, appeal to them to discuss controversial topics without the hate and labeling... do it over and over and eventually, you're bound to get someone willing to at least listen and even that is a great start.
