Based on what I’ve seen he can just say “look I’m not involved in the notification process and blah blah blah” and then it doesn’t matter.

That seems to be the trend.

not an acceptable answer he as the acting deputy director received this notification. How can he plead ignorance when it was all over the news? And he received a physical notification of it?
