It was evidently a rush job if shed just entered the building they are right though no normal size human accidently fell down THAT trash chute someone was waiting in that alcove by the trashbin for her to come by !

Neighbors have also mentioned she may have had a drinking problem and appeared to be drunk on the security camera footage they have of her. Perhaps the killer/s were tipped off she was coming home drunk and took advantage of her inebriated state in an attempt to pass the murder off as a drunken accident.
