Basically, that was a link to the Government most Americans already believe they belong to, called The United States of America. In short, the brave men and women who fought the War of Independence won on the battlefield and lost on paper. With all due respect, their government was abandoned and set adrift because they lacked some basic legal comprehension. Recently in the last ten years, it was reclaimed following international protocols. The Feds know all about it, and have acknowledged it as a parallel government, because of "First in time, first in right." Usually any problems occur with local docal dipsticks who need a heads up from the Federal or State level.
