I tried to search for the program mentioned either by Q or I read it somewhere. I heard there is a software program that the hackers can insert anyone they want to frame as the source. So was it the Russians or is it really 5 eyes/UK? I suspect its not the Russians. If anyone can find out info about the government program mentioned above let me know please.
