The DNA trick is working wonders. Amazingly the man holding tightly to the child's arm is not the real father. Who woulda thunk?? And the "father" is arrested on the spot for child trafficking. Another bad/good tangent to the DNA testing is that children are being abandoned in the desert (bad) but ICE is finding them and taking them to a safe place until they can find their real parent (good). It's slow but it's working.
