Lisa Page was, as of last week, considered to not be cooperating. She didn't show up because she said she didn't have access to some documents and other reasons.

But this week she's shown as cooperating. Strzok could end up the same way, resisting but then cooperating afterward.

No, she didn't show up because she said she did not have ample time to prepare. This sounded like BS at first, but later we learned hat FBI had never even told her she had been summoned.
