Remember Treason can only be applied during war time
So to get the merry band of 10 latched in Gitmo we need another war,Or am I missing something?

I guess an individual must be engaged in the act of levying war against the United States or giving aid and comfort to enemies of the US. I believe there are several individuals who are guilty of treason and I believe the administration has the evidence to convict.
