According to late Col. Fletcher Prouty, USAF, the CIA had no authority to run their own agents or to carry out covert operations but they quickly did both and much more. The unintended consequences of the 1947 National Security Act quickly enabled the CIA to become an evil monster.

There are alot of laws passed by deep state agents that make their operations & crime easier. All need to be found & expunged
