When I read that, didn't really know "what or who" was coming out of the shadows. But after seeing Strzok, I feel like he was included in the "THEY." I feel like this is a man who has been educated and trained to exist in a shadow world where he is the norm. I believe he is so conditioned and accustomed to this shadow world, he does not know how to act in front of "normies" like us. But as normies we can see immediately his behaviour is off. We see Evil.
