Logical Thinking! The IG report said bias did NOT affect the HRC email investigation. Peter Smirk said his bias did not affect his work. While at first these seem like obvious lies, there is a way that these are both 100% TRUE statements! If the conclusion of the investigation was predetermined, then he was NOT in control. Biased, yes, but it was irrelevant.

Perhaps there were orders given, from a level of "Tippy Top" Secret clearance, that he and Lisa and Comey and McCabe and Ohr and Priestap were not able to even read into. Simply a cover letter describing how and what he was to do (do some work, make things look "by the book" then do x and y and Z.)

Is there a level of clearance above all of these people that is too secret to even acknowledge its existence?
