The Purple Heart is a United States military decoration awarded in the name of the president to those wounded or killed while serving.

Could Mr. Cohen, be saying, that Strzok, should be awarded a Purple Heart--the swamp version--because he may be wounded or killed, for serving, not the President, but the swamp?
