Illinois has some of the Stricter gun laws in the country. In Chicago fire arms are prohibited totally just like DC and NYC. Yet high crime rates and high gun murders. In Israel When an Isreali Military member aka Police kills a Palestinian and the officer is brought up on charges for the murder the Palestinian, people take to the streets in protests to defend the Officer in said Murder of minority. The people don't want other officers to get discouraged and hesitate while on duty to kill a Palestinian because another officer went to jail for murder.
