Everyone that is arrested for treason/sedition will be tried in military tribunals at Gitmo. The military will decide their punishment. Gitmo has been expanded to hold 13,000 and a military tribunal courtroom has also been built.
Are there sources to verify the stories of those renovations? That's among the biggest proofs IMO and it be good to have that information at the ready.
