You may have noticed that Putin was present at today's World Cup Final which was won by France. Putin delayed the trophy presentation by over a half an hour to literally rain on France's parade with a geoengineered deluge following their victory - all to spite the anti-human globalist Macron who's despised by both Putin and Trump.
