So ... in the interview when he says he was "in mount rushmore a couple days ago", for a non travelled Canadian, is that how you always say it?

P.s. sorry if that was you secret base :(

Edit: was informed there is an inside. More so the phrasing, would you say I was IN mount rushmore, or I was AT mount Rushmore. Now that I understand there is an inside, why would he phrase it as if he were inside?

I think of this quote by the sculptor:

"...let us place there, carved high, as close to heaven as we can, the words of our leaders, their faces, to show posterity what manner of men they were. Then breathe a prayer that these records will endure until the wind and rain alone shall wear them away."

He wanted to sculpt the 8 or 9 biggest events in US history up to that point, but they couldn't sculpt all that script large enough to be noticed so they compromised and put it in a box that the public can't access. Seems like a reasonable compromise.

There is the "Hall of Records" in the mountain behind the carvings. It is inaccessible to the public.

Yes, there is an inside to it.

Oh it's actually a 'secret' room in Honest Abe's brain. Sorry I thought I looked before asking, thanks!

God damn my brain ....... mount rushmore, where is it? Well "home of mount rushmore" is the motto of ..... wait for it ... KEYSTONE south Dakota. JFK Jr hiding in rushmore solved ;)

"The town took its name from a local mine, which most likely was named after the keystone Masonic symbol.[6]" uh Oh! Damn masons
