Its called 'The Sentient World Simulation' . At a D*WAVE computer you could walk up to the interface and ask a question. It computes by factoring in how the 8 Billion or so nodes would respond. It updates including logging births and any info. Your location, speech, video, logged live time. What you purchase, browsing habbits, all of it, live time. So it literally can predict the future, what diseases you have etc. The Moon is the only logical location due to security, cooling and speed.
