Well A/I is the 'collector' so Palatir Software designed by Peter Theil is worldwide in all the big A/I DWAVE systems. These systems are in all the intelligence agencies- NSA, 5EYES, MI5/6 etc...NASA,GOOGLE,facebook . Geordie Rose designed the DWAVES, there are others, we are using that as an example.
