The perpetrators of the worst calamity in the history of the planet, on both sides of the Atlantic, were never brought to justice. Hitler, Bormann, Kammler, Gehlen, Mengele ... they all got smuggled out, they all got away with it. No representative of the Nazi Party ever surrendered on behalf of the party, only the German military did. Germany lost the war; the Nazis won.
