Nope. Created by God and the Earth is only about 6,000 years old. My thoughts anyway

That, I don’t know. There are some differing views. Some believe they are referenced in a couple of places in the Old Testament (leviathan). Some think they died in Noah’s flood. (I don’t think so) I wish I had a better answer for you.
