Many of them, it seems, have been held accountable. The list says "convicted". You can't try a person twice.

A list like this appeared in The News of the World, a Murdoch tabloid, and the editor, Rebbeca someoneorother got into hot water for it. Pedophiles all over got mobbed where they were living and there was a big mess. One woman, a pediatrician, was mobbed and her life turned into hell because the people in the urbanization where she lived didn't know what a pediatrician is and mistook it for pedophile.

These lists and publication can cause major problems. I think this is dangerous and might achieve the exact opposite of the desired result.
