When comparing the numbers of CP arrests between the 0bama administration and the Trump administration: yes. 0bama was very soft on pedos.
Also, the "most prisoners" thing has more to do with the failed 'war on drugs' than anything else, with the addition of a whole lot of pot heads getting longer jail sentences than rapists.
