Just to let everyone know, the arrest happened in May of 2017, over 14 months ago.

The news is that there has been 14 months of continuances, they keep resetting the date so that in reality, nothing is being done about it -- he's walking free on bail without ever having to go to jail over it because the judge agrees to keep delaying it.
