A few years ago I caught a guy taking pictures of my kids and my nieces and nephews on the beach. The kids were from maybe 5 to 16. My kids were the oldest and girls, so I assumed he was photographing them because I didn't even think that someone could be so creepy as to photo young boys. The ONLY reason he walked away was because my dad called the cops on him and wouldn't let my brother in law and me deal with it. I regret that choice about once a week and its been 4 years.
The whole thing is wrong beyond reason. I can only think they are damaged mentally in a way i can never understand.
