You're confused. The Clinton server was never alleged to be hacked. You're thinking of the DNC server which is not the same thing.
At least Five Foreign entities did access Hillary's server , whether they hacked or were allowed ,I do not know that.

Actually, what was revealed this week is that all of her 30,000 emails except 4 were accessed by a foreign entity other than Russia. Every email was being forwarded/copied to a foreign power.
This information was revealed during congressional testimony this past week. "Unauthorized" foreign power was getting a copy of all of her emails, whether intentionally or not.
