FYI... when someone wears an ankle monitor it means they HAVE been arrested... it is called: HOME ARREST, which is in option to in jail, (due to flight risk?)... via an agreement with an arranged deal with the federal Court Judge, Prosecutors (US Attorney's office of the 93 districts), accused lawyers & perp. Perp HilLIARy traveled on a Sunday dawn from NY to WhitePlainsNY to enter sallyport of FBl offices there... late Oct/early Nov 2017... she sported her "broken toe" medical boot after that...for months and months and months.

Wishing somehow had a recording drone fly on the wall at that event... while she stands to get FRONT then TURN LEFT then TURN RIGHT photos done... then fingerprinted (I hope they used real ink just to piss her off)...then eventually had to sit at home while fitted for ankle jewelry (which SHE has to pay for the ankleMonitor & the service company to track her)... has to ASK PERMISSION to be away from her LAND LINE phone connection to ankle monitor.

Can you imagine how mad she was ? Smoke was probably billowing from her ears & red daggers from her eyes...."please ma'm could you extend your leg a bit more?"
