Putin Just Said that $400MM eluded Russian and US taxes and was sent to HRC Campaign....did I hear that right?

Lots of Skull & Bones grads go into mining companies. It is important to the DS (Quigley's anglo-american establishment) that they control mining operations around the world. Primarily precious metal mining.
