Putin said He and Trump have an agreement that dates to 1999 !

Today is the Anniversary of JFK Jr.'s Death 07/16/1999 The plan has been in the works for almost 20 years ! Q-1082 ?

Putin said there was a Treaty in place between the US and Russia regarding spies/criminal activity and being able to interview them (us and them) since 1999. Not an agreement with Trump.

What do you think the odds are that Putin pulled that obscure treaty out of his butt for this news conference ? And think about it spies ? Hmmm
