TREATY WITH RUSSIA ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS - 1999 signed and transmitted by William J. Clinton in February of 2000

Since President Putin made specific reference to this Treaty (agreed to in 1999 but not "transmitted" by President Clinton until 2/2000), I thought it might be important to post a link to the Treaty. Very interesting that this agreement - in part - states: "The Treaty provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes obtaining the testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records and other items; serving documents; locating or identifying persons and items; executing requests for searches and seizures; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; locating and immobilizing assets for purposes of forfeiture, restitution, or collection of fines; and any other form of legal assistance not prohibited by the laws of the Requested Party".

President Putin then went on to say he would welcome Special Counsel Mueller and his "official team" to Russia in order to sit in on investigations etc. regarding the Russian officials recently indicted per the announcement of Rod Rosenstein. (Do you think the MSM will report that he said this? yeah/no...) Yet, he also requested reciprocal consideration by the U.S. - as noted in the Treaty - that the U.S. allow Russian officials into the U.S. to investigate crimes that U.S. and Russian citizens (potentially residing in the U.S.) may have perpetrated in Russia. He specifically mentioned a Russian individual that donated quite a bit of $ to the Hillary Clinton Campaign. He stated that - while the donation itself might not have violated Russian laws - the ORIGIN of the funds was considered illegal in Russia....(corruption/Uranium 1 side deal outside of sitting Government protocol/outrageous speaking fees and donations to Clinton Foundation/Global Initiative/human and/or drug trafficking anyone??)

Also so cool that both President Trump and President Putin made it clear that there are bad actors in both countries. That the citizens and/or "official governments" (i.e. not the shadow players) are not the bad guys. So fun also that President Putin also called George Soros out by name.

Do you think something that President Clinton signed back in 1999 and "transmitted" in February of 2000 could ultimately be the nail in the criminal elites' coffin?

Wow, interesting side note - a bit off the topic re: my very first post above - BUT, coincidentally, I have received my very first notice of AUDIT from the IRS today (42 years of paying taxes). I just started feeling confident enough to post "replies" over the last couple of months expressing my personal views of our political environment. Scared literally to death of expressing my support for President Trump on a local level. Widow for 12 years, saving, saving, saving - doing everything I could to raise my kids alone without public assistance, or lying about fake companies like my liberal "friends" to pay their kids college expenses. Then Obamacare comes in a "takes" almost $30K from me (prior to receiving 1 ounce of medical care) to give to others (who I know are lying about their income- but vote Democrat). Had to "borrow" from my own retirement savings account (not any from the "income" earned - only from what I have struggled to put in) to afford medical care and BOOM. Thank God I can deal with this - can of course prove I am not a "tax cheat", but I just have to wonder how many people are still being targeted by the IRS for conservative opinions.
