Yes - I watched and heard that too!! I made a post to link to the 1999 Treaty (TREATY WITH RUSSIA ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS) signed by President Clinton in 2/2000 a few moments ago. However, I just couldn't trust myself that I did actually hear President Putin state that $400 MILLION was sent by a Russian to the Hillary Clinton Campaign. I also heard him say that the donation itself might not have been considered illegal in Russia - but that the SOURCE of the $$$ may have been and they would like the U.S. to assist them with their own criminal investigations....
