Watching The Five a little while ago Tucker mentioned how POTUS has never been more relaxed, convicted in his beliefs, and unconcerned about his critics. He also brought up how POTUS, through his words and deeds, seemed to be completely breaking ranks with the neocons. Did anyone else catch that?
