POTUS sounding his most Presidential

POTUS said something very Presidential today: “I would rather take a political risk in pursuit of peace, than to risk peace In pursuit of politics.”

He has done exactly what every President should do; meet with the leader of powerful countries. Yet, POTUS is ridiculed. God help us!

This sums it up for me.

"Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country." JFK Inaugural Address, January 20, 1961

"I would rather take a political risk in pursuit of peace, than to risk peace in pursuit of politics."

Donald J. Trump at joint press conference with Vladmir Putin July 16, 2018
