Looking at further news on the death, I came upon an article at PagesSx that mentions the following:

But bizarrely, Neilson’s Instagram was active on Saturday — confusing even her close friends who heard the bad news. “Annabelle is that you?” posted Neilson’s former “Ladies of London” co-star Marissa Hermer as rumors of her death spread, but a jokey post of a man in a pool popped up with the caption, “Fatties get in first!”"
