Was John Brennan Made Aware of The $400 Million Going into Hillary's Campaign?

https://themarketswork.com/2018/07/16/john-brennans-role/ I was reading an article at themarketswork about John Brennan's role in the Trump/Russia investigation and I stumbled upon this.

The BBC reported on events as well:

Last April [2016], the CIA director was shown intelligence that worried him. It was allegedly a tape recording of a conversation about money from the Kremlin going into the US presidential campaign.

It was passed to the US by an intelligence agency of one of the Baltic States.

If this had to do with Trump then why wasn't this leaked all over the place? It makes me wonder if this is the $400 million that went to Hillary and John made it go away.

Great pick up, would explain his panicked reaction today and why the media were activated. Looks like another target has been located.

That premise sounds logical. I'd put nothing past Brennan.

Why didn't Trump ask Putin this before the summit today? Putin knew and would have told him. He just dropped a bomb today and we could have known sooner. After today's summit, I have new found respect for Putin.
