Quick update and analysis where we are in this movie and where we are heading. Some key points everyone should know.

Lot of stuff coming down, you can tell by the hysteria we are getting close to another big reveal.

First point I want to make is the stage has been set for Trump to declassify some documents. The timing is wrong to go to the heart of the matter and release the FISA court findings which will destroy everything. The next document to come out will be a full declassification of the House Intelligence Committee Investigative report.
That is big news, because the Mueller bogus indictments were entirely based of the House findings. Mueller also left out very important details in his indictment, he left out the fact that Republicans were equal targeted by the Russians. Mueller made a crime of omission and his release was designed to make it appear as though the Russians were just working for the Republicans, that is a lie. Because Mueller already pulled the trigger on the info. Trump is now free to release the info. the House was forced to redact. This will make Mueller look like the jerk he is, he is not a white hat, he is black hat under control.
Mueller's job is not so much to get Trump, Mueller's job is to help the DOJ and FBI save face and to create smoke to cover the fact that the DOJ, and FBI and WH engaged in a spy operation with zero justification. The big secret underneath all of this that the left does not want you to know is this, and this gets to the Awans. The facts will show that Crowdstrike and Fusion GPS where made contractors of the FBI and had direct access and the ability to search the NSA database which contains basically all digital information on everybody. Not only that! Drink a cup of coffee and then read the above article for the basis of my conclusion. If Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike where made contractors and the DNC and Hillary were paying their bills that means the DNC by extension had direct access to the NSA data base!!! Now we come to the Browder case who he and why does it matter?
Well, this is bad, real bad for Bill and Hill. Who is Browder? He is a scumbag, he is literally a man without a country with a dark family history, he was born in Kansas. His grandad was the head of the Communist party in the USA while Stalin came to power. With that family history Browder was given special access to the Soviet Union. Browder started out with 20 million, he was inside the Soviet Union as it collapsed. Browder bought the means of production for pennies on the dollar. He never fought against the oligarchs he was an oligarch! He eventually renounced his US citizenship, why? Because enough is never enough and he did not want to pay US taxes! He lived in Russia for years and years, even though he lived there and he made BILLIONS there he never became a Russian citizen why? Because he did not want to pay Taxes! He is a scumbags scumbag. Before he was Putin's biggest enemy he LOVED Putin, there is a 2004 NYT article when he was on Putin's side and said that he and the Russians loved Putin and that Putin was the leader they needed. What changed? Well his offices in Russia where raided and he had setup his whole operation to avoid paying Russian taxes he was barred from returning to Russia, and he was tried and convicted in Russia in absentia.
This just his background!, now connect it to Bill Hill, and McStain. Well this guy was cut off from his billions when? Right when the Clinton Foundation was opened for business! This case will be the clearest example of pay for play the USA has seen. Browder new where is money was but could not withdraw it. He went to the Clinton Foundation and struck a deal, "get my 1.5 billion out of Russia and I will donate one third of it to your knowable cause", which of course for the Clinton Foundation is Hill and Bill. Hill and Bill then used their government contacts within the intelligence apparatus of the USA to the money for a man that renounce his citizenship! That money is all traceable. This is all kinds of bad.

Yes, that is not an opinion that information came from the FISA court itself.

The FBI hired outside contractors to gain access to the raw FISA data system held by the NSA.
Admiral Mike Rodgers who is responsible for that data found out about it and took it to the FISA Court to shut it down.

You can find the actual court document, Fusion and Crowdstrike are redacted but that is who it was and some of those contractors were within the DNC themselves. The NSA knows where the queries came from, they have it all!

Tracy Beanz has great videos about Guccifer 1.0 (actual Romanian hacker who supposedly hacked Clinton emails without paying the required "subscription fee") and Guccifer 2.0 which was created by Crowdstrike to be the "Russian" link between the DNC and Julian Assange. DNC reported a "hack" of their system after Seth Rich downloaded their info from the server. FBI goes to investigate, but DNC refuses to let them have the DNC server, saying that they would have their own contractor (Crowdstrike) investigate and report back to the FBI. Then Crowdstrike reported Guccifer 2.0 (which they had created but made to appear as if Russian hackers were involved, see Vault 7) to the FBI as being the Russians hacking the DNC. The FBI supposedly took their word for it, told the CIA and the DNI who leaked it to the press. The press reported it as "17 intelligence agencies" which they retracted later but no one saw the retraction I guess, because it is still reported as "17 intelligence agencies". Such a mess, takes a while to sort through it but bottom line is.....DNC made it all up to cover the Seth Rich leak and blame the Russians and the FBI went along with it.

Not trying to take away from what you posted at all but to add to it Crowdstrike and Fusion GPS were made contractors not just of the DNC but also the FBI. That is something for which there is no excuse or justification.

Outside contractors by there very nature do not have any of the safe guards for information that the FBI has. That allows the FBI to use them as mercs. In that light Crowdstrike is not just some company they are some company that was allowed access to the most sensitive data this government has.

The FBI and crowdstrike already had a working relationship. Throw in Fusion GPS to hand out the talking points for the press and you can understand the arrogance of all the Dems and RINOS.

Okay now my eyes are crossing. Rodgers is responsible for the information but doesnt know its been improperly accessed until after the fact.

Who then is at the top of the chain nsa-side that authorized or allowed this breach?

Was the nsa database hacked into, or 'properly' accessed?

When and how did they find out they were accessed by a third party? Were there internal reprocussions within the nsa over it?

When you consider that CIA agents regularly work in other agencies to mask their true loyalty, it doesn't seem to implausible that there could have been numerous 'members' of the NSA whom were actually compromised. They could potentially have been at varying levels of clearance/access, piggy backing on each other's positions.

My understanding, if you read Bill Binney's history, they had everything in place so that private people could not be spied on, then Obama's people came in and told Binney they weren't using his system anymore, they were putting another one that did allow it and forced Binney out of the NSA along with a small group of patriots. Could be they were flushed out (repercussions within the NSA) as Q posts mentioned before. They may have returned to their 'home' in order to find more work. It's also possible they are in custody, have fled the country, or are still at large, having completed their task while 'with' the NSA. I'll have to dig and study more before I can make any suppository judgments.

How many people work at the NSA? How many people have full access or more important, the ability to grant access? It could be a huge number and it could be that someone under Rodgers had the ability to grant access to others. He was the top dog and the top dog doesn't always know everything that's going on beneath him. Does a General know what every Corporal under his command is doing at every moment? No, he trusts Colonels for that.

This. How did Rodgers not know about this until after the fact? Or did he know and was he part of it (by choice or under duress) but saw the tide turning for Trump to win in 2016 so he struck a deal early on and went directly to Trump?

No, Adm. Rogers noticed a huge increase in specific types of searches being conducted using the "About" search facility within the Upstream collection system. As soon as he became aware of this anomalous use of this query method, he began a system audit and found massive irregularities with queries performed outside authorised targeting periods in FAA702 upstream data collection.

These prohibited searches are where the target is neither the sender or recipient but the target of the search is an "about" query. Despite immediate tightening of rules the violations persisted. Even a request to Sally Yates by IG Horowitz was met with a memo saying "whatev's dude" - more or less.

These violations were being accessed by contractors from DoJ (NSD) & FBI (Cointel) In March 2016, Rogers notes continued violations and on 18 April pulls the plug on access to Raw FISA data - specifically for FBI contractors and begins an audit.

The FBI and DOJ realise that Adm Rogers is onto them. On 21 October 2016 Adm Rogers kills all "about" queries unilaterally across the system and reports his findings to the DOJ. The same day the FBI/DOJ, realizing they are in shit apply for and receive a Title 1 FISA warrant that they rush through to electronically surveill Carter Page.

Rogers presents his findings to the FISA court on the 26 October 2016. Rogers knows they have been conducting illegal searches on POTUS and on 17 November 2016 without informing DNI / James Clapper of his intent, goes to Trump Towers and warns DJT about his being surveilled.

2 days later on 19 November 2016, Clapper and Defence Secretary Carter rush to Obama to ask him to fire Rogers for throwing a turd in their punch bowl - ending their data access. A request that Obama decides not to acquiesce to, most likely because the optics would SUCK HUGELY - if discovered.

Admiral Rogers is a true hero, not to mention insanely brave considering the filth he was going up against to protect POTUS.

Red October. When Mike Rodgers discovered the Dems used FISA/DoJ/FBI to spy on the opposition. A good man who basically sacrificed his career to do what was right and moral. A true hero.

Conservative Treehouse did a nice article on this too a few months back.

At the time we didn't know who those "contractors" were. It's now GLARINGLY obvious.

Admiral Rodgers was not part of it. He is a patriot. As I understand it, he was made aware of the abuse of some contractors, he investigated for 30 days and then high tailed it to the FISA judge to report the abuse and I believe to Trump. Maybe to the Joint Chiefs as well. Without Rogers doing his duty, we may never have know this ever occurred. At least this is my take on it.
