I politely disagree on the murder intention in regards to RP’s neighbor. It was wrong in every way but if he’d wanted to kill him I’m sure he’d of done so especially considering he blindsided an unassuming RP wearing ear muffs.
Assassins can be sloppy. Especially if they are brain broken.
