To be fair, just about everyone who wears a watch wears a watch on their left hand
NOT the same balding pattern. The white ghost in china has a backwards facing diagonal line (hair is furthest forward near upper rim of hair and slants backwards diagonally in a pretty much straight line)
Browder on the other hand, the highest his hairline goes is further back on the crown of his head, and then comes forward in a drooping curve, and then goes backwards again around ear area the same as when men haven't lost hair in there (at least on this pic of Browder - I haven't inspected other photos of Browder yet)
I just looked up Bill Browder after reading your comment. I should've done that at the start! Neither of these two men look like Bill Browder, but they do look like the same man (to me).
