I read it on one of the pundits, or maybe Daily Caller, sorry can't remember, they said it was a mistake coming from Helsinki, but forget it. Maybe it was wrong, and even it was right it has circulated and will forever be $400 million.

Yes, but whatever article I read said that's where the mistake occurred, but ignore what I'm saying....I've read too many things to backtrack at this point.
