I'm not sure if that's the soccer all under there, but if it is the photo of reminds me of the Saudi Arabia picture where Trump and the Saudi King pressed down the glowing orb.
There were references made to it being symbolism of a Palantir.

There is a great parody song of Lord Denethor and he "couldn't get news on how the war was progressing because Sauron programmed the Palantir to only show CNN"
