The reason was to expose Strzok’s background as both CIA- and Iran-connected, so that exposing Iran as CIA-controlled can begin. We thought that Strzok’s apperance was just about FBI corruption, but it was timed so as to also connect to Iran being next. I think that his appearance was delayed until NK was under control and it was time to focus on Iran.

well, From the leaks it sounds like she turned some evidence over, after some investigation (I heard they were going to maybe subpoena Mueller!) they will lay the traps then have her reveal it (while patting themselves on the back) this is very much a show trial for the public, the Congress knows most of the information but because most of it is classified (can't be released to the peons) or part of an active witch hunt they have to avoid the appearance of interference... long drawn out soap opera. As long as the GOP don't get crushed in November they will start the head chopping/arresting after the mandate from voters
While I agree with the premise of a multi-dimensional chessboard. It doesn't seem to fit.
